Grand Final - Storm v Panthers
I think both teams are playing elite level footy but panthers are getting the edge and momentum.
We aren't making the most of our opportunities such as Bizza being off and not targeting that side.
Tough viewing you can tell the gas tanks are just empty but the brain is telling them to keep fighting.

We fought hard defensively.
Never fired a shot in attack because the Panthers made the big boys work so hard.
No space for play makers the whole game, no flare.
Did give up too many post contact metres.
The no try call for Howarth really looked like it sucked all the life out of us.

At least with it over I don’t have to listen to Brad Fittler and his crush on the Panthers
Looking forward to Annesley explaining that one. Potentially changes the entire game.
We must all hang together or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately
One out running and laying on the ground behind the play the ball will never win.
Coaching philosophy found out.
We got there, great. Second or second last, who remembers? Maybe remembered as the team that gave Penrith their fourth.
Its been a great ride, I hope we learn from this.
And I'll say this, unpopular as it will be
We may have been regularly up the top, minor premiers, grand finalists but our record really isn't that great, when it comes to the ultimate prize. Yes, 5 victories in the last 22 years, and I'll happily take that, but considering we've made 10 GF's, and also finished top 2 in twelve years, to give ourselves that much of a chance and only have 5?
Will the club view this as success? I guess they will, record membership and crowd numbers.
Am I spoilt with success? Maybe
Am I bitter? You bet

Position - Left right out or hung out to dry
We'll here the usual claptrap, "the video has access to footage we don't". If that's indeed the case then show us.
This decision reminds me very much of 2006 and Hollywood in the box.
Having said this, we were already shot. Looks like the game plan was to run everything at Cleary (didn't we learn from 2019?) and lay down behind the play the ball

Might’ve taken a bit more defending from the Panthers, just as Laz would've if he had the opportunity to actually run with the ball. (I think he had 1 hit up in 9 minutes) Also, Tui didn't come back on???

If it’s called a try I don’t know how many people after it would think it was a bad decision. Sucks that it didn’t go our way.
We had three middles who did nothing so Nelson would’ve made some difference.
