Oh man memores of how excited I was when we signed Steve Turner. I was living near Blacktown at the time and everyone in the Penrith area knew how good he was but was stuck behind Wesser and that's why he left.

Sorry Bula, have I missed something? Has something happened to make you remember when we signed Zappa? Linc Port? Someone else? Or a random memory?

With Bird leaving the Sharks, I think Scott will head back.

Storm get their man

Melbourne are set to win the race for the signature for young gun Tino Fa'asuamaleaui. The Broncos don't often lose a battle for one of their promising teens, but the Storm are poised to sign him on a three-year contract. The deal is a blow to the three Queensland clubs vying for his signature.

What does anyone know about this young man ?

From Gympie, well credentialed - QLD U12, QLD U15 Maroon, QAS U16, QLD U16, QAS U18.

Think Jesse Bromwich/NAS but more footwork.

Felise Kaufusi has re-signed with Storm for one year with a one year option and Christian Welch has re-signed for two years. Good work Storm.

Kaufusi has played every minute this season. Huge effort!
Very happy with that signing along with Welch too

Couldn't find a source for this, but I heard on an NRL podcast (Fifth and Last) that we're chasing Dane Gagai.

That makes no sense unless Chambers is leaving

IIRC Gagai prefers playing fullback so just never know.
I've also noticed Billy clutching at his arm a couple times during games but really quickly he'd do it. I'm thinking Billy may be retiring and the club is keeping it in-house until we find a replacement or a couple signings.
